Dr. Nakov was one of the brightest examples of a young and dedicated doctor, an exceptional specialist devoted to science, and a fighter for better healthcare in Bulgaria in all its aspects. In addition to his countless virtues and achievements in medicine, Dr. Nakov was an innovator with visionary thinking and a future-oriented perspective. Over the years, in addition to his significant contribution to evidence-based science, Dr. Nakov created and developed the only platform in Bulgaria created by doctors for doctors – Medical News, which joined the Bulgarian Cluster for Digital Solutions and Innovations in Healthcare as a member in 2021.

In the past year, Dr. Nakov was actively involved in our organization’s activities, selflessly putting forward initiatives and strategies that supported the development of a better, more sustainable, and more effective healthcare system, addressing the needs of both patients and medical professionals. We are all incredibly grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to work with such a professional and undeniable innovator in the sector!
